I’m still on the slow and steady road to recovery… Finally able to get in some walks around the block and eat regular foods… I’m 30 pounds lighter than I was, but have NO DOUBT I will rebuild an even stronger version of the TANK I was before.
I’ll be back to Renzo Gracie Academy with my friends, colleagues, and students soon… Where Renzo has created an environment conducive to ELITE level JiuJitsu and the overall betterment of the self.
