Fucktose Intolerant

There comes a point when patience stops being a virtue and starts becoming permission.

We are taught to be understanding, forgiving, flexible, and tolerant. Those are good qualities… until they are used against us. Until “being the bigger person” becomes code for endlessly absorbing disrespect, excuses, manipulation, or nonsense just to keep the peace.

No thanks! That isn’t peace. That is self-abandonment wearing a polite smile.

I would rather be a wolf that everyone hates, than a donkey that everyone rides.

Maturity is not about tolerating everything. It is about knowing what deserves grace, what deserves a conversation, and what deserves absolutely no more access to your time or energy.

Givers have to be the ones to set limits and fortify boundaries. The takers won’t. As a matter of fact, they will be the first to turn on you when you do. Their masks fall off pretty easily.

Remember, you can be compassionate without being gullible… Patient without being passive… Kind without becoming available for everyone’s bullsh*t.

Emotional self-defense… Let today be the day you stop calling avoidance, patience. 

Do the work. Stand up for yourself. Peace of mind awaits.

An intolerance for nonsense leads to an unbullshitafied life.

And that is a wonderfully healthy place to be.
